The Video Analytics module includes Video Logs and a Video Detail Page to help monitor and analyze video interactions. These pages provide visibility into video call quality, engagement levels, and overall performance across teams and calls.

How to Access

  1. Go to Insights
  2. Open Video Logs
  3. Select any record to open the Video Detail Page
