- Log in with your secure credentials to open the AceConnect console. 🔐
- Review lead buckets synced in real time from your CRM. 📂
- Open a lead to see caller context (project + name) before dialing. 🧭
- Place the call and monitor the live timer for transparency. ⏱️
- Log the outcome with one click (disposition). The contact automatically updates from New → Dialed. ✅ Optional: Jump to Interactions to continue the conversation via WhatsApp and share files. 💬📎

Troubleshooting 🛠️
- Can’t see a lead? Confirm it’s synced to your CRM and assigned to your bucket.
- Timer not starting? Ensure you placed the call from AceConnect (not a personal dialer).
- WhatsApp thread missing? Check the Interactions Queue and your team filter.
