Add User
To add a user, follow the below steps:
- Click on the Users tab placed on the side navigation.
- Click Add Users.
- Enter the Name, Phone Number (with prefix), Designation and Email Address of the user and click Next.
- Enter the User Settings as per the fields described below.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Call Forward Number (with prefix) | Enter the contact number of the agent with prefix. |
Assign Agent to Agent Group | Assign an agent to an agent group by making a choice from the available list of agent groups. |
Assign Agent to Department | Assign an agent to the department by making a choice from the available list of departments. If you do not wish to do this action now, you can choose Assign Later. |
Allowed Caller IDs | Choose which caller IDs are to be allowed to the agent for calling. |

Enable the Create an Agent Extension toggle to assign an extension to the agent.

Enter the Web Login details as per the fields described below.
Field | Description |
---|---|
User Role | Select the role to be assigned to the user. |
Login ID | Enter the Login ID for web login. Note: Login ID should contain at least 6 characters. |
Auto Generate Password | Enable generating passwords automatically and disable setting your own password. |
Set New Password | Enter your own password. |
Status | Select Enabled to make the user web login active or select Disabled to make the status deactivate. |
Users for CDR/Reports | Select the users for which you can see the CDR/Reports. |
Allowed IPs | Select Allow all IP to give access to all IPs or choose Selected IP and enter the IP you want to allow. |
Login Based Calling | Enable to provide login-based calling to the user. |
Block Web Login | Enable to block the web login of the user. |
- Click Submit.
