SIP Utilization Report

The SIP Utilization Report provides detailed insights into trunk-wise channel utilization, encompassing metrics such as call durations (both connected and unconnected to agents), outgoing and incoming call attempts, and average call durations. This report aids in understanding the performance and usage patterns of the assigned trunks in your account.

Accessing the SIP Utilization Report

  • To view the SIP Utilization Report:
  1. Navigate to the Report:
    • Click on the Reports tab in the side navigation.
    • Select General > SIP Utilization.

Report Fields and Descriptions

  • The report comprises the following fields:

DateThe date when the call was received or made from the trunk.
Outgoing Call AttemptsThe number of outgoing calls initiated from the trunk.
Successful Outgoing CallThe count of outgoing calls from the trunk that were successfully connected to the recipient.
Incoming Call AttemptsThe number of incoming calls received on the trunk.
Successful Incoming CallThe count of incoming calls on the trunk that were answered.
Duration (Incoming) (DD:HH:MM:SS)Total duration of incoming calls, formatted as Days:Hours:Minutes:Seconds.
Duration (Outgoing) (DD:HH:MM:SS)Total duration of outgoing calls, formatted as Days:Hours:Minutes:Seconds.
Successful Outgoing Ratio (%)Percentage of successful outgoing calls. Calculated as: (Number of Successful Outgoing Calls / Outgoing Call Attempts) * 100.
Average Call Duration (Outgoing) (s)Average duration of outgoing calls in seconds. Calculated as: Total Duration of Outgoing Calls / Number of Successful Outgoing Calls.
Successful Incoming Ratio (%)Percentage of successful incoming calls. Calculated as: (Number of Successful Incoming Calls / Incoming Call Attempts) * 100.
Average Call Duration (Incoming) (s)Average duration of incoming calls in seconds. Calculated as: Total Duration of Incoming Calls / Number of Successful Incoming Calls.
Average Setup Duration of Outgoing Calls (s)Average time taken to establish an outgoing call, in seconds. Calculated as: Total Time to Answer Outgoing Calls / Outgoing Call Attempts.
Average Setup Duration of Incoming Calls (s)Average time taken to establish an incoming call, in seconds. Calculated as: Total Time to Answer Incoming Calls / Incoming Call Attempts.

Exporting the Report

To download the report:

  • Click on the Export CSV button to download the report as a .csv file.
