Acefone Google SSO Integration

Follow the steps below to use Google SSO:

  1. Enable Google SSO Permission:
    In the client admin account role, ensure that the Google SSO permission is enabled.

  2. Create User Account:
    Create a user account using the same login ID and email ID as the user’s Google account. Enable the Google Login toggle for that user.

  3. Add Users in Bulk (Optional):

    • Download the sample file.
    • Add entries for all users using their Google account IDs as the login IDs (column J) and email IDs (column I).
    • To enable Google Login, enter Y in column P for each user.
  4. User Login:
    Once users are successfully added, they can log in via Google SSO.
    On the login page, simply click the “Google” button.

Note:
For users who have Google Login enabled, logging in with their portal login ID and password will be restricted.
