The Message Detail Page provides a detailed, conversation-level view of all messages exchanged. Users can review each message, apply filters, and follow the complete message timeline to gain full visibility into interactions.

How to Access

1. Go to Insights
2. Open Message Logs from the left navigation bar
3. Click the More Details button on any row to open the Message Detail view
