How To Integrate Salesforce CRM(Dialer)

Follow the below-mentioned steps to successfully integrate your Salesforce CRM with Acefone India.

  • Log in to the Telephony Portal.

  • Navigate to the Integration Tab from the side-navigation panel.

  • In Dialer Integrations, click on Enable for Salesforce CRM, then click on the More Details option.

  • Click on the Settings tab and select Configure against Salesforce CRM Account Authorization to authorize your Salesforce CRM account, enter your CRM Domain details (Copied from the View Profile section in CRM).

  • Click on Dialer Campaign Configuration and choose a campaign or click on the Add Campaign button to add a new one.

  • Under Lead Mapping, map the lead list of the dialer campaign with the CRM.

Note:

we support mapping with the “Phone” field only

  • Under Agents Access, toggle the Status and Auto-Ticket switch to allow the team members to access the CRM and use the auto-ticketing feature.

  • In Info tab, select “Click Here to Download the Package” and you’ll be redirected to the Salesforce CRM & login to your account.

  • You can also download the Sandbox Salesforce Package.

  • In Salesforce CRM, type App Manager in Quick Box->Click on Edit Sales (LightningSales)->Select Utility Items->Click on Add Utility Item->Add Open CTI Softphone -> Insert Salesforce Dialer in the Label and save it.

  • Type Call Center in quick box->click on call centers->Click on OpenCTI->Click on Manage Call Center->Click on Add More Users->Enter the details in search filter.

    (For eg. Using any criteria like name of the logged in salesforce user) and click on Find to further add the user by clicking on Add to Call Center.

  • Select Sales from app launcher and maximize the phone tab placed at the bottom left corner by clicking on it.

Salesforce integration is only compatible with Salesforce Enterprise Edition (or a Salesforce Edition supporting Apex Classes).
